EL KERRY BLUE TERRIER
Kerry Blue Terrier is a middle size dog, physically powerful, with a vivacious and happy nature. It perfectly adapts both to life in a garden and life in a flat. It is the perfect dog for people who enjoy the open air as it has an inexhaustible resistance. Apart from otheradvantages, it is a breed which do not moult its hair (you would never have loose hair at home), it is odourless hypoalergenic and perfect for people who is allergic to dog’s hair.
Los cuidados necesarios básicos, son los mismos que los de cualquier otro perro; será suficiente con una desparasitación interna y externa, las vacunas necesarias, un cepillado semanal, y una visita al peluquero cada mes y medio aproximadamente. Si vive en una ciudad, es aconsejable dar buenos paseos para calmar sus inquietudes.
The basical necessary cares are the same to other dog’s cares; it will be sufficient with an internal and external worm treat, the necessary vaccine, a weekly brushed and a monthly visit to the hairdresser more or less. If it lives in the city, it is advisable to going for a walk to calm its worries.
En general, es una raza extremadamente cariñosa con las personas en general, y con los niños en particular, con mucho apego a los dueños, y con un gran afán de protección a la familia. Como su nombre indica, es un "Terrier", y eso se nota en su temperamento; dispone de un gran instinto de caza, es bastante territorial y en ocasiones algo dominante. Los machos suelen ser más vigorosos, mientras que las hembras son algo más tranquilas. Su mejor virtud es la nobleza y su impecable estampa. Realmente, tener un Kerry Blue en casa, es una experiencia única.
In general, it is an extremely affectionate breed with people, mostly with children, very attached to the owners and with a great zeal of protection to the family. As it name says, it is a “Terrier”, and it is obvious in its temperament.; it has a great hunt instinct, it is quite territorial and sometimes dominant. Males are often more vigorous, while females are a bit peaceful. Its better virtue is the nobility and its impeccable print. Having a Kerry Blue at home is really a unique experience.
